History CPE was founded in 1987 to provide power protection solutions, with Emerson/Liebert power protection products. Since 1999, we offer the MGE systems as an authorized distributor. Our product line includes a variety of equipment configurations, designed to mitigate effects of poor quality power on sensitive loads.
